A Network Support Technician is someone who is qualified to repair, install, configure, and maintain computers and networking systems. Certification helps validate that an individual has the comprehensive set of skills necessary to perform a particular job role. Upon completion of this program, students will be prepared to pass both CompTia A+ PC Technician and Network+ Technician exams as well as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) exam. Attaining certification status is the best way to enter the IT industry. Candidates must pass a total of 4 exams.
